What countries can you not ship to?

- For UK/EU, please contact me at [email protected] so I can arrange an order through Etsy, as I do not have a registered VAT number. Otherwise, any orders will be cancelled.
- For Germany, I do not have a registered VAT number nor am I registered with LUCID. Any orders will be cancelled.
When will my order ship?
Orders usually ship once or twice a week, usually on Mondays and Fridays. I pack orders myself, so please allow up to two weeks for orders to ship out from the date it is placed.
Once your order has shipped, you should expect a shipping confirmation from Bigcartel. If you did not recieve an email, please contact me at [email protected] so I can double check if your order went through.
How long does shipping take?
Domestic orders shipped through USPS Ground Advantage or through Letter Mail can take up 1-5 business days to arrive after it has been shipped. International orders shipped through USPS First-Class Mail International can take up to 2 weeks to 3 months to arrive depending on the country.
If your order does not arrive within those timeframes, please send me an email at [email protected] with your name and order number.
Can I combine multiple orders?/I received my order but there was a mistake(wrong/missing/defective item)./Can I cancel my order/get a refund?
Please send me an email at [email protected] with your order number. In the case of a wrong, missing, or defective order, please attach a photo as well.
It says my order has arrived on the USPS website but it's not here.
Unfortunately, I am not responsible for lost or stolen orders. Please contact your local USPS office/post office with your tracking number. Sometimes packages may arrive 1-2 days after it's marked delivered. I recommend shipping to a secure address like a friend or family member's home if theft is an issue.
For any orders returned to me I can refund the cost of your order minus the shipping cost or send the order out once more but the customer will be responsible for paying for the shipping cost once again.
